Really, where do I start? I cannot begin to thank you sufficiently for your huge efforts over the past months – and years! It has been a pleasure working with you and your team, to whom I hope you will extend my, and our, greatest appreciation. Your superb oversight of all the arrangements – and I speak as one who knows all the complexities! – was exemplary.

It can be difficult for us, having been so used to managing everything in house for so long, to adapt to involvement with an external body and I do hope we have not been too much of a pain! Claire and I were discussing the huge range of action needed before and during the meeting and I was totally reinforced by the necessity of your assistance. We simply could not have arranged in-house to cope without your invaluable back-up.
