Meeting Makers

“

I was recently involved in the organization of the XXIInd Congress of the International Primatological Society (IPS) at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The meeting, attended by over 1200 delegates from more than 50 different countries went very, very smoothly, especially those portions that directly involved Meeting Makers personnel. I feel that they did an excellent job of keeping us on track and I was in awe of their calm and composure during the typical pre-meeting frenzy during the two weeks immediately preceding the Congress. Their ability to effortlessly handle potentially problematic situations helped us to remain calm during a volatile time. This was a benefit to us and our Society that is difficult to quantify, yet is greatly appreciated.

In summary, it was a pleasure working with the Meeting Makers staff. Their efforts were directly responsible for the positive experiences that I and our Society’s members had at the Congress. Should I have the need to organize another conference in the UK, I would definitely use Meeting Makers.
