Supplier Co-ordination
We aim to enable our clients to participate as fully as they wish in the conference programme, allowing us to take care of all the logistics. We can coordinate the selection and management of all the suppliers to the event starting with venue finding and recommendation.
We can liaise with speakers prior to the event and ensure that the necessary audio-visual equipment and preview facilities are available, monitor room utilisation, coordinate catering, post signage, ensure the programme keeps to time and take care of the many tasks requiring experience and attention to detail at the meeting venue.
