Vicki Grant

Vicki has been organising conferences at Meeting Makers since 1993. She has worked across a variety of client sectors and has organised many of the company's highest profile events, including those for the Law Society of Scotland, The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, UK and National Associations. Vicki has an honours degree in Commerce and a postgraduate diploma, part of which she completed in France where she was awarded the Diplôme Etudes Supériore specialisé. |

Fiona McGillivray
|
Fiona joined Meeting Makers in 2003 to provide support in organising exhibitions, liaising with speakers, dealing with all aspects of scientific programmes and conference marketing. She has rapidly gained expertise working on some major conferences and manages some of her own projects. Fiona is a BA (Hons) graduate in Tourism Management and has gained experience in the hotel sector. |

Yvonne Prager
|
Yvonne has been with Meeting Makers since 1994 providing financial administration, on-site expertise and general support on most of our events. She has a wealth of experience in the UK and National Association Conference sector and plays a crucial role in post-event tie up. Yvonne also has experience of delegate administration and is responsible for managing several of our Association membership databases. |

Carol McNair
|
Carol has been with Meeting Makers since 1997. She has a PhD in Applied Chemistry and a PGD/MSc in Information and Administrative Management. As our IT specialist, Carol performs a key function in the set-up and maintenance of all our web-based systems and conference web sites, as well as offering general support on conferences and special projects. |

Deborah McLaughlin

Deborah manages the delegate services function and oversees all aspects of delegate registration administration. She has a key role in ensuring that every delegate attending our conferences enjoys the same high quality service. Deborah has been with Meeting Makers since 2002 and during that time has maintained our high standards in all the conferences and events organised by the company. |

Laurie Scott
|
A graduate of both Napier and Glasgow Caledonian University Laurie has over 12 years experience in the conference and tourism industry and has held various Sales and Marketing positions within large International Hotel Groups in the Leisure and Corporate Markets. Prior to joining Meeting Makers he worked for the Glasgow Marketing Bureau in International Association Sales and is a recent graduate of the IAPCO professional conference organisers training programme. |
